LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
This begins with an evaluation and a debrief using a proprietary assessment tool (see pdfs below) developed by our partner, 6 Seconds. There is an individual version and then an aggregate team version (see image above) that looks at the team as a whole with strengths and gaps. Each leadership engagement will include OESIS or Six Seconds coaches to be paired with each member of the leadership team. Each team member is also given an asynchronous set of Modules designed to further guide participants in understanding and leveraging their emerging emotional intelligence and Social Emotional skills. After the EQ course, participants will have the opportunity to again take the SEI assessment and determine the level of further coaching necessary. At this point a baseline has been established for the future.
